Acceptable Use

This policy sets out what you may and may not commission through Fortuna Media. It applies to every order.

What you may commission

Our services are for marketing work on your own properties and channels — your website, your advertising accounts, your social profiles, and your content. You are responsible for having the rights to the materials and accounts you ask us to work on.

Prohibited use

You may not use our services to commission illegal, deceptive, or platform-rule-violating work, including the purchase of fake engagement such as followers, likes, or views, bot traffic, or anything that breaks the rules of the platforms involved.

Consequences

We may decline or stop work that breaches this policy, and we may close accounts used for prohibited purposes. Where work has already begun, our Refund Policy applies.
