Who we are

Fortuna Media Ltd. (“Fortuna Media”, “we”, “us”) is a digital-marketing agency based in Hong Kong. We provide professional services — search, advertising, web, design, content, social, and analytics — to business clients. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and retainers

Services are bought as orders. A project is one-off, fixed-scope work with a set price and a defined deliverable. A retainer is a recurring monthly order that renews each cycle and includes a report. Each order describes its scope, price, and deliverable before you confirm it. Recurring retainer billing is disclosed at checkout and can be cancelled before the next cycle.

Account balance

Your account holds a prepaid balance that you use to pay for orders. Funds you add to your account are funds on account for the services you order. They are not a deposit, stored value, or a money-transmission service, and are not redeemable for cash.

Payments

Payments are processed by a regulated third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the billing information you provide.

Deliverables and intellectual property

On full payment for an order, ownership of that order's final deliverables transfers to you. Pre-existing materials and third-party assets — such as fonts, stock media, and platform tools — are not transferred; where they are included, they are provided under their own licenses. We will not publish your confidential information.

Revisions and acceptance

Each service lists the revisions included in its scope. You review deliverables in the client portal and may request included revisions before an order is accepted. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately.

No guaranteed outcomes

We commit to the deliverables and scope described for each service. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or other outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may decline or stop work that breaches it.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Recurring retainers are disclosed at checkout and can be cancelled before the next cycle.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
