Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for the two ways you can buy our services: projects and retainers.

Projects

A project can be refunded in full if work has not started. Once work is in progress, we provide a fair partial refund for the portion not yet done. Scoped revisions are included in the project price and are not charged separately.

Retainers

Retainers are billed monthly. You can cancel before the next cycle to avoid the next charge. For the current cycle, once work has begun, we handle the balance fairly based on the work completed.

Failed or late delivery

If we do not deliver an order, we credit your account balance, redo the work, or refund it. We agree the remedy with you.

To request a refund or raise a delivery issue, email info@fortunamedia.net with your account and order details. We aim to respond promptly.
